At NEWYORKLISTED.COM, your satisfaction is our priority. Please review the policies below to determine your return eligibility based on the type of product purchased.
Cosmetics and Self-Care Products
- We offer a full refund, no questions asked, for cosmetics and self-care products when a return request is made within 15 days of the purchase date.
- Important: Customers must email us at shop@newyorklisted.com to initiate a return for cosmetics and self-care products. Do not use the self-return portal for these items.
- To ensure satisfaction, we encourage customers to try product samples before purchasing full-size items.
- For any concerns, please contact our customer service team at shop@newyorklisted.com.
- Important: We reserve the right to deny returns for misuse of the return policy, at the sole discretion of NEWYORKLISTED, LLC.
Clothing, Jewelry, and Non-Cosmetic Products

Clothing: Full refunds are available for clothing returned unused and undamaged within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must have original tags intact and be free of personalization.
- Return requests must be submitted via the customer return portal.
- Approved returns will receive a USPS-paid return label via email within 24 hours.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Note: Returned clothing is donated, and a $5 flat fee is applied to offset carbon impacts and shipping costs. Returned clothing items are not resold.

NEWYORKLISTED VINTAGE JEWELRY COLLECTION:
- All vintage jewelry items require preauthorization before initiating a return. Please email us at shop@newyorklisted.com to request authorization prior to using the return portal.
- Damaged jewelry returns are subject to a 30% repair fee, a 20% restocking fee, and additional costs for necessary repairs or gemstone replacement.
- Vintage jewelry may not be repairable or replaceable due to its one-of-a-kind nature. Any associated costs will be determined at the sole discretion of NEWYORKLISTED, LLC.
Important: Follow vintage jewelry care instructions provided with your purchase. We reserve the right to refuse returns for vintage jewelry items that are returned damaged or altered.
