Shipping Methods:

Self-Care and Clothing Items: We offer standard shipping for all orders within the contiguous United States. Certain items qualify for free expedited shipping. We ship some items to Canada, but we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Vintage Jewelry: We offer insured shipping for all vintage jewelry orders to ensure they arrive safely. At this time, we do not offer international shipping for vintage jewelry.
Processing Time:

NEWYORKLISTED Orders (Self-Care and Clothing): Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer. You should receive your order within 3 to 5 business days for standard shipping.

NYLD PARTNER Orders: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation and are shipped from outside the United States. During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer. You should receive your order within 2 to 3 weeks for standard shipping.

Vintage Jewelry Orders: These are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation to allow for careful packaging and insurance. You should receive your order within 5 to 7 business days for standard shipping.

Shipping Time:
Once your order has been processed, please allow 2-5 business days for delivery within the contiguous United States. Shipping times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances, such as weather delays or carrier issues.

Shipping Costs:

Self-Care and Clothing Items: We offer flat-rate shipping of $6.99 to $12.99 within the contiguous United States, depending on weight and item type. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping with the discount code FREESHIP! at checkout.
Vintage Jewelry: Shipping costs are calculated based on the value and weight of the items to ensure they are fully insured during transit. Details will be provided at checkout.

Tracking Information:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery.

Returns and Exchanges:
If you encounter any issues with your order upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly, whether by arranging for a replacement or providing a refund. Please note:

Vintage jewelry items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.  We reserve the right to refuse the return of vintage jewelry items if they are returned damaged or altered in any way, given that these items are one-of-a-kind.

Please note that our shipping carriers observe certain holidays, which may impact the processing and delivery of orders. We will notify customers in advance of any expected delays due to holiday closures.
