Return & Refund Policy

At NEWYORKLISTED.COM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer different return options depending on the type of product you've purchased. Please read the following policies carefully to determine your return eligibility.

Cosmetics and Self-Care Products:

We offer a full refund on all cosmetics and self-care products purchased, "no questions asked," when we receive a return request submitted via email to shop@newyorklisted.com within 15 days of the purchase date.
We encourage customers to try a product sample before purchasing any cosmetic or self-care product sold on the site. If you have an issue with a product, please contact our customer service team for assistance at shop@newyorklisted.com.

NEWYORKLISTED, LLC reserves the right to decline a customer return of cosmetics and self-care products for purchasers who are found to misuse the company’s return policy. This determination is at the sole discretion of NEWYORKLISTED, LLC and its affiliates.

Clothing, Jewelry, and Non-Cosmetic Products: 

We offer a full refund for all clothing returned within 30 days of purchase. Please email your return request to shop@newyorklisted.com.  NEWYORKLISTED will provide a USPS paid return label to the customer via email within 24 hours of an approved return.  Item(s) should be repackaged, returned unused and undamaged within 30 days of the purchase date, with original tags unaltered and free of any personalization to receive a full refund.  Customers can expect a refund to their original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days.  

Returned clothing items are donated; a $5 flat fee is charged to offset carbon-related impacts and shipping costs. Returned clothing items are not resold.

Damaged Jewelry:

All jewelry returned damaged will be subject to a 30% repair fee and a 20% restocking fee of the original purchase price, as well as any costs required to repair the damage and/or replace any missing gemstones.  Please note that when you are buying vintage items on NEWYORKLISTED, LLC’s online store, some jewelry items may not be replaceable and/or repairable. You may incur significant costs for returning a damaged and/or altered item. The determination of these costs is solely at the discretion of NEWYORKLISTED, LLC and its affiliates.

Please follow vintage jewelry care instructions upon receipt of your item.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of vintage jewelry items if they are returned damaged or altered in any way, given that these items are one-of-a-kind.
